Join Our Team: Insulation Installer Jobs in Canberra

We’re looking for reliable, hard-working Insulation Installers to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role working across ceiling spaces, roof cavities, and underfloor areas, installing and removing insulation in residential properties.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing insulation in roofs/ceilings and underfloors
• Removing existing insulation where required
• Working safely in confined spaces and around electrical systems
• Maintaining clean and organised worksites
• Delivering high-quality results and a great customer experience.

Expect physical, active work – including working at heights and in tight spaces.

Work Hours & Structure:

• Above-award wages, paid weekly
• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday
• Typical days: 7–8 hours on-site
• Consistent pipeline of insulation projects across Canberra

What We’re Looking For:

We want someone who takes pride in their work and contributes to a strong team culture, with the following experience:

• Certification with the Energy Efficiency Council (EEC)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable with physical labour and restricted spaces
• Safety-first mindset
• Team player
• Driver’s licence
• Experience in construction, insulation, or trade environments.
